Siam Square – Bangkok’s Ultimate Hotspot for Fun!

One of the busiest areas in Bangkok is Siam Square famous for shopping, restaurants and complete recreational facilities. Come here to watch movies, have a variety of food, relax, bowling and what not. This place is named after Siam which is also the old name of Thailand. This may be busy due to the look and feel of the place as well as the ease of commuting to the place. It’s connected to BTS Siam. BTS Siam is the intersection of the MRT and BTS transit systems. Mostly students can be seen here as it’s close to one of the renowned educational institutions called Chulalongkorn University. This place is a combination of many areas named as Siam Center, Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery, MBK Center, Siam Square One etc. A separate skyway connects to Siam Central World that is connected to BTS Chidlom (Ratchaprasong Junction). Cheapest and affordable Clothing, electronics, restaurants, travel accessories, sports items, departmental stores/ supermarkets and many more. If you know BTS then just go to National Stadium BTS station and after getting down just outside the station you find MBK mall connected to the walkway. You may find a few bars and restaurants on the top of the mall.
