Erawan Shrine (ศาลพระพรหมเอราวัณ)

This shrine has the statue of Phra Phrom. This is one of the forms of God Brahma who is also known as god of creation in Hindu religion. This shrine can be seen just at the junction of Chidlom BTS. Statue of Buddha with 4 faces can also be seen here. Just get down from Chidlom BTS and you will be there. It attracts tourist from every country. Erawan shrine is location just at the junction of Ploenchit and Ratchadamri Road and just opposite to the Grand Hyatt hotel. This place is also known as Ratchaprasong intersection. If you are visitor and want to offer your prayer, you can buy flowers, garlands beside the shrine. Thai traditional dancers perform cultural dance in the shrine accompanied by traditional music and singing. In the evening time its colorful and gives a satisfying feeling in the mind and heart.
